General Conditions

Family Plan:
- 2 adults + 2 children aged 3 to 12 years: 3 full rates in a quadruple room.

Supplements:

• Double room supplement for single use equal to 40% (more than the list price);
• Addition of the 2nd sunbed on the beach € 5.00 (daily rate);
• For stays of less than 3 days 30% increase on the board price;
• Use of the covered parking space (Garage) € 10.00.

Restaurant service:
- Our menus there is a choice of 3 first courses, 3 second courses, side dishes served at the table, fruit and/or dessert for lunch and dinner, breakfast buffet. Mineral Water with meals included for the entire period.
Missed meals can be recovered, but not deducted from the total cost of the stay.

Beach Service:
In the price of Full Board/Half Board is including beach service which includes 1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair per room (starting from the 3rd row onwards).
The umbrellas cannot be booked, they will be assigned at Check In.

Check- in:
- The rooms are available from  13.00 on the day of arrival;
Check - out:
- The rooms must be vacated by10.00< /strong> of the day of departure;

Other Information:
- For shorter stays or weekends, a fee will be paid. a 30% increase will be applied. 
- For stays in a single room a surcharge will be applied. applied the Double Single Use Supplement (DUS) equal to 40% (inmore compared to the list price).
- All the proposed stay formulas include breakfast.
- Air conditioning is always included( managed at set times).
- Free Wi Fi network.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Only reservations are considered binding with confirmatory deposit, the amount of which is equal to € 200.00 per room.
In cases of cancellation or renunciation of the reservation, the deposit will be returned only following specific communication, within 10 days from the Check-in date; in all cases of failure to communicate or if it occurs close to the arrival date (less than 10 days) it will become  penalty and will not be returned.

Early departure involves the cost of only the room occupied and booked until the end of the stay. 

Meals not consumed will not be deducted.

By paying the confirmation deposit, all conditions are considered accepted.
